Every Pack Pals bag is printed to order, just for you. Here's how long that takes and what it costs to get it to your door.

How long will my order take?
Every bag is printed and pressed to order, so please allow 7–10 business days for us to make and dispatch your order. After that, delivery usually takes a few business days, a little longer for regional and remote areas.
Ordering for the start of the school year? Order early so it arrives in time. January is the busiest time of year.

Express speeds up the delivery, not the 7–10 business days we need to print your bag.
Where do you deliver?
All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, QLD. We currently deliver within Australia only.
Tracking your order
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Keep an eye on your junk folder just in case.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@packpals.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our returns & refunds policy for damaged or faulty items.
Please check your address
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if your order hasn't been sent yet.
