1. About us

This website is run by Pack Pals Co (ABN 63 218 701 712), trading as Pack Pals, an online business based in Queensland, Australia. You can contact us by email at info@packpals.com.au. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means Pack Pals Co, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Creating designs

Our designer uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create artwork from the name, idea and style you give it. Each design is generated new, so results vary, and the AI can occasionally misspell words or draw something unexpected. You can create a limited number of designs each day for free; we may change these limits or pause the designer at any time.

The preview shows how your design will sit on the bag. Printed colours can look slightly different on fabric than on a screen.

3. What you can and can't create

To keep the site safe for kids and respect other people's rights, you agree not to ask for or order designs that:

• use characters, logos, brands, teams or artwork owned by someone else (for example film, TV, game or sports characters and logos)
• are offensive, violent, hateful, sexual or otherwise not suitable for children
• include someone's personal details beyond a first name, nickname or initials

We may refuse to create a design, or cancel and refund an order, if we believe it breaks these rules.

4. Your design

You're responsible for checking your design, including the spelling of any name, before you order. We print the design as shown in your preview. You can use the design you create for your own personal purposes. We won't use your design in our marketing without asking you first.

5. Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. Your order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example if a bag is out of stock), we'll let you know and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched within 7–10 business days and delivered within Australia only. See shipping & delivery for costs and details.

7. Returns and your consumer rights

Because each item is personalised, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are covered by our returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to get around the design limits with scripts, interfering with how it works, or copying its content. We may block access if we see this.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
